Deirdre Dyson launch 'Melange'

Deirdre Dyson’s new rug collection, ‘Melange’,  launches at their Paris gallery during Maison & Objet in the City, from 14 to 19 January 2026.  The collection will remain on display in Paris until April when it will be on view at their London gallery at 554 Kings Road.

This year, rather than restricting herself to a single theme, Deirdre has embraced the freedom of creative spontaneity in seven brand new hand knotted carpet designs including a stair runner and two cut out rugs.  Geometric and kaleidoscopic shapes reoccur while the unifying colour palette centres around taupe neutrals, with bolts of burgundy, purple and burnt orange.

Springtime Sessions 2024

Springtime Sessions 2024

The popular annual Springtime Sessions series returns again for 2024.  There will be 12 individual events taking place from 23rd – 25th April.  As in previous years these events will include workshops, panel discussions and seminars on a variety of interior design related topics.

We are delighted to once again be partnering with the BIID for this event and thank them for their continued support of Chelsea Design Quarter.

This year we are using the event as a way to support the CDQ charity of the year: Furnishing Futures. As many of you will know Furnishing Futures supports survivors of domestic abuse who have been placed into empty social housing. The charity creates professionally designed trauma-informed homes with good quality furniture and appliances donated by industry partners. Despite being in new condition, the donated items would often have ended up in landfill, thus becoming part of a circular economy which benefits the environment and families in need. Each of the Springtime Sessions events will cost £5 to attend, with all monies (less booking fees) going directly to Furnishing Futures.

Please click here to go to the booking page. The timetable and links to book the individual events are below.
