Summary of Role
To maximize identified sales opportunities by developing and managing relationships with UHNW private clients and newly identified high-potential clients within the luxury residential market. Oversee and maintain the flagship showroom, ensuring it operates as a premier sales tool.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
– Proactively engage with existing clients and identify new business opportunities to drive showroom sales.
– Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on high-value deals within the luxury furniture market.
2. Key Account Management:
– Cultivate and manage strong relationships with UHNW private clients.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and loyalty.
– Understand client needs to offer tailored solutions that align with brand offerings.
3. Team Leadership & Development:
– Oversee, mentor, and support the Showroom Executive & Saturday salesperson to ensure sales targets, service standards, and operational excellence are met.
– Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the showroom team.
– Provide regular feedback, training, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
4. Business Development:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the client base.
– Represent the brand at events and networking functions to increase market visibility.
– Leverage industry trends and client feedback to inform business growth strategies.
5. Sales Analytics & Reporting:
– Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing weekly insights to sales manager.
– Refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates as required.
6. Event Hosting & Client Engagement:
– Plan, lead, and host in-showroom client events, networking activities, and VIP visits.
– Create memorable experiences that strengthen client relationships and promote brand loyalty.
– Work closely with the marketing team to align showroom activities with broader brand campaigns.
7. Showroom Excellence:
– Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standard.
– Understand the showroom is a key sales tool for the business and take ownership.
– Oversee visual merchandising, display management, and create an environment that reflects the brand’s luxury image.
Skills & Qualifications
– Proven sales background, ideally within the luxury goods or high-end furniture industry.
– Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
– Exceptional client relationship management skills with a focus on high-net-worth individuals.
– Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
– Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Proficient in using CRM systems and data analytics tools to track performance.
