Go Modern at Hampton Court

Go Modern had a busy summer with the extended period of hot weather contributing to a spike in interest in their extensive Outdoor Furniture collection. Particularly of note was their involvement with the highly regarded garden design company, Bespoke Outdoor Spaces, at Hampton Court Palace Flower show.  The Suffolk based company won a Gold Award at the show for their ‘Breckland Beauty Garden’ – which featured the Manutti Zendo, one of the outdoor sofas in Go Modern’s outdoor furniture collection.

The garden was inspired by the Breckland area of Norfolk and included a ‘Pingo’ pond – a very rare type of pond that was created at the end of the last ice age and left almost untouched since then.  Although rare, dozens can be found in the Brecks in Norfolk.

The garden was set in the grounds of an old farmhouse and the contemporary Zendo sofa contrasted perfectly with the rustic look, which also included lots of striking, textural aromatic planting. For anyone wishing to take a closer look, the versatile Zendo is now back home on Go Modern’s small first floor Kings Road roof terrace.
