Job Title: Sales & Hire Assistant

Location: London, Talisman Showroom SW6 4SQ

Duration: Full Time

Role: Working closely with the Company Director and Head of Sales the role is to develop sales from the shop floor and our web mediums. The right candidate must be able to quickly develop relationships with clients, think on their feet and have a ‘can do’ attitude.

Candidate should have 3 years + industry experience


– Respond to and follow up on all enquiries by phone, e-mail and personal visits.

– Gaining an insight into Talisman products

– Database management

– Generating quotes

– Daily sales administration including deliveries and collections for client orders, condition reports and loan indemnity for approvals.

– Working with showroom floor manager on logistics including storage and minor restoration works.

– Support during showroom events

– Short and Long term hires

 Ideal Candidate:

– Good initiative

– Strong communicator

– Self-motivated

– Excellent multitasking, prioritising and organisational skills

– Must have great attention to detail

– A positive attitude

– Good with clients and great telephone manner

– A genuine interest in the brand and its portfolio of pieces

– Conscientious

– Clean and presentable appearance

Additional Skills:

– Use of Microsoft office – word, excel etc essential

– Outlook

– Competent knowledge of technology
