Roca London Gallery - Marketing Communications Executive

Roca London Gallery are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to join their team.  Reporting into the Programme & Communications Manager the role is based at Roca London Gallery, Station Court, Townmead Road, SW6 2PY

Role Purpose:

– Supporting with marketing of the Roca London Gallery

– Supporting with event organisation

– Supporting with Roca specification marketing

– Working closely with all Roca memberships for A&D/Hospitality sector; BCFA, BIID, SBID,

– Assisting with digital marketing content

General Role Description:

– Organise and produce event invites and designs where necessary

– Produce the monthly gallery newsletter in conjunction with line manager

– Plan and implement communications for all events and exhibitions

– Support with website and social media channels, Twitter and Facebook for Roca (A&D/Hosp) and RLG.

– Liaise with suppliers (printers, graphic designers, curators, etc)

– Monitor and maximize opportunities within members’ organisations

– Work closely with event production team to ensure smooth execution of events, in addition to attending all events (on average 2-3 per month)

– Support the organization and execution of corporate activities and events such as Jump The Gap.

– Procurement support and administrative tasks

Person Specification:

– Can-do attitude and ability to problem-solve

– Ability to multi-task and run with some projects independently

– Ability to write proficiently

– Attention to detail

– Superb organisational skills

– Skilled in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) – essential

– Pro-active and enthusiastic nature

– Team player – ability to work collaboratively

– High level of professionalism

– Interest in architecture and interior design

– Evidence of excellent written English, with experience generating written material for websites, press material, awards submissions and other material. Confidence to write with creativity and flair
