Crucial Trading, the leading premium floorcovering supplier, has an opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager  to join their team. The successful individual will be responsible for further enhancing their proven reputation within an engaging and exciting industry.

Applicants must have an excellent track record in sales and will thrive to help take the business forward, whilst working alongside a dedicated team. The successful applicants must reside on the territory and also be confident, self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Having exceptional communication and negotiation skills at all levels to aid you in meeting retailers, contractors, interior designers and architects is essential.

Role responsibilities:

– Responsible for developing existing accounts and prospecting for new business opportunities.

– Promoting a portfolio of premium floor coverings, including custom made rugs and point of sale to help drive sales.

– Build and maintain relationships with customers so they have confidence in you and a good working knowledge of your products.

– Present the product portfolio and marketing materials to encourage ‘buy in’ to the brand
